How to pay for a Brainschool subscription, when access opens, and what to do if something goes wrong. The full terms are in the Public Offer Agreement.
How to pay
Online by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the monobank payment service (JSC UNIVERSAL BANK). Schools and learning centres can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Prices and currency
Prices are on the Pricing page, in hryvnia. They are final: nothing is added at checkout. The price at the moment of payment holds until the end of the period paid for.
Payment security
Card details are entered on monobank’s payment page and processed by the bank. Brainschool never receives or stores the card number, its expiry date or the CVV code.
How the service is provided
Brainschool is an online service: nothing is shipped and there is no extra charge for access. Once payment is confirmed, the plan opens in the account automatically, usually immediately, on the website and in the app.
If access does not open
If the plan has not appeared in the account within 24 hours of payment, write to support@mg.brainschool.top with the account’s email and the date and amount of the payment. We will open access or refund the payment.
Free trial
A new student account gets three free days with up to 5 AI explanations a day. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.
Term and renewal
A subscription runs for a month or a year from the date of payment. If automatic renewal was turned on at payment, the next period is charged the same way; renewal can be cancelled at any time from the account, and access continues to the end of the period paid for.
Refunds
Within 14 days of payment we refund the full amount if no paid feature has been used. A double charge, a charge after cancellation, or access that never opened is always refunded. Details are in the Refund Policy.
