Refund Policy
Version of 18 October 2026
When and how you can get your money back for a Brainschool subscription. This policy is part of the Public Offer Agreement. This is a translation; where it differs, the Ukrainian version prevails.
Full refund within 14 days
Within 14 calendar days of payment we refund the full amount if the plan’s paid features have not been used in that time: no AI explanation received, no homework checked from a photo, no personal exercises generated. Exercises, tests and anything else available for free do not count.
When we refund regardless of timing
The full amount is refunded at any time if a payment was charged twice, if money was charged after renewal had been cancelled, or if access never opened after payment.
When no refund is made
After 14 days from payment, or once paid features have been used, the current period is not refunded. Renewal can still be cancelled from the account: access continues to the end of the period paid for, and the next charge does not happen.
How to ask
Write to support@mg.brainschool.top. Give the email address of the account and the date and amount of the payment. No paper form is needed.
Timing
We look at a request within 3 working days and tell you the decision. Once a refund is approved, the money is sent back within 7 working days. How long it then takes to appear depends on the bank that issued the card.
Where the money goes
A refund goes back the way the payment came: to the same bank card or, for a payment against an invoice, to the account the payment was made from. Refunds are not made in cash or to a different card.
What happens to the account
After a refund the subscription ends and the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: progress, exercise history and the topic list stay, and only the paid features switch off.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit the rights given by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". If the service was not provided as it should have been, you can contact us whatever the time limits above.
