Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms describe what Brainschool provides, what we ask of the people who use it, and the limits of what an AI tutor can do. They apply to students, parents, teachers and schools.

What the service is

Brainschool teaches school subjects through explanations, exercises, exam preparation and an AI tutor. It is a study aid. It is not a school, it does not issue qualifications, and it does not replace a teacher.

Accounts

An account is personal and its password should not be shared. The information given at registration — in particular a school grade — decides what material is offered, so it should be accurate. A child’s account is created with the involvement of a parent or of the school that invited them.

Classrooms, schools and parents

A teacher can create a classroom and invite students with a code; a student joins by entering it. A school lead can invite teachers to their school. A parent can be linked to a child’s account through an invitation. Each of these connections opens data as described in the Privacy Policy, and each can be undone. A school confirms, when it turns this on, that it holds the parental consent its own enrolment required — which is why a student in its classrooms does not have to obtain a second one through this platform.

What the AI tutor can and cannot do

The tutor is a language model. It explains, checks work and answers questions about school subjects, and it is instructed to refuse everything else. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Its answers should be treated as a study aid to be checked, not as an authority — especially where an answer will be submitted for a grade.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach another person’s account or data. Do not use the platform to send anything abusive, or to upload anything that is not schoolwork. Do not automate access to the service or try to work around the usage limits attached to a plan. Accounts doing these things can be suspended.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features depend on the plan; the current plans and prices are on the Pricing page. A new student account gets a free three-day trial with up to 5 AI explanations a day. Schools are invoiced and pay by bank transfer; a subscription runs for the period it was bought for. Payment, renewal and refunds are governed by the Public Offer Agreement and the Refund Policy.

Content

The curriculum, explanations, exercises and exam material on the platform are ours. The work a student produces — their answers, their questions, their conversations with the tutor — belongs to that student; we process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, and we deploy changes in a way meant to avoid interrupting it, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance and failures happen.

Ending an account

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete the account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why when we do.

Who provides the service, and which law applies

Brainschool is provided by ФОП Мостова Оксана Геннадіївна, taxpayer number 2737410101, бульвар Вацлава Гавела, 6, кв. 7, м. Київ, 03067. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and nothing in them limits the rights a consumer has under it. A dispute is first settled by writing to us; one that cannot be settled that way goes to a Ukrainian court.
